With over 600 professionals working across Australia Veris combines innovative technologies with some of Australias best spatial experience to deliver an integrated approach to the full project life cycle, from initial planning and feasibility through to construction and beyond.The OpportunityWorking with a team of talented surveyors within our large property group based from our office on Southbank you will be responsible for the following:Providing effective cadastral surveys to support Greenfields or urban development projects or significant infrastructure projects - depending on the candidateEffectively manage the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities.Providing advice in the delivery of creative solutions that add value for clientsEnsuring work is carried out within the statutory and clients guidelinesAdhering to the Companys safety processes and proceduresCompleting project responsibilities within scope, budget and scheduleAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:Registered with the Surveyors Registration Board of VictoriaDemonstrated experience working directly with clients and clients development representativesDemonstrated experience working with junior staff members and the senior licensed surveyor groupExperience with the applicable field of work on offerExperience in the development process and an understanding of interpreting development consent conditions relevant to the subdivision processAbility to supervise and prepare draft or conceptual subdivision plans forming the basis of subdivision and titling concepts for projects and developmentsAbility to use software packages including of LisCAD and AutoCADOur CultureAt Veris we value providing a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
