Your strong organisational skills and commitment to excellence will make you an invaluable part of the team.Key responsibilities:Draft, format, and review correspondence, presentations, and key documentation for internal and external stakeholdersOversee the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database, ensuring data integrity and relevancePrepare high-quality property submissions(including content for LinkedIn, signage, and print media) using InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint within brand guidelinesManage calendars of senior team members and team leave calendars, arrange client and team meetings and prepare associated documentationOrganise and coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-takingProvide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including reception support as neededProcess invoices, prepare expense claims, and support departmental budgeting and reporting activitiesSupport the team with onboarding of new assets and clientsManage onboarding and off boarding of team membersArrange and contribute to client eventsWho are we looking for?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard.
