Received apprenticeship training in PastryProficiency with diverse food preparation techniques and cooking equipment.2 years of experience post apprenticeship in food preparation, preferably in a caf, hotels or high-volume setting, with strong communication skills and understanding of relevant liquor laws.Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.About YouYou are passionate and creative, willing to share your skills and expertise in guiding and shaping those who are new to the pastry kitchen. With exceptional communication skills, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and management as well as interacting with our customers.
