We value quality over quantity!You will have access to a range of assessments and extensive therapy resources.Opportunities to create or participate in interesting projects, such as LEGO-based therapy.ABOUT THE ROLE:Manage daily operations and service delivery, ensuring compliance with best practices and organisational standards.Lead, mentor, and support a small team of occupational therapists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development.Provide clinical supervision and guidance to strengthen team skills and confidence.Implement quality improvement plans to expand services, improve processes, and enhance client satisfaction.Deliver early intervention services to a reduced caseload of clients aged 0-18 years.Support and establish new school holiday group programs.Maintain and update service agreements and related policies.ABOUT YOU:Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree in Occupational Therapy OR Speech PathologyRegistration with AHPRA or Speech Pathology AustraliaMinimum 3 years of clinical experience, including paediatrics and NDISPassion for supporting and leading therapists'' skill developmentAbility to work independently and collaborativelyFlexible, family-centred, strengths-based approach to work with familiesExceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skillsExperience supervising or leading therapistsCurrent Drivers Licence and vehicle with comprehensive insuranceNSW Working with Children CheckNDIS Worker Clearance CheckExperience working with culturally and linguistically diverse familiesPosition Type: Full-time or part-time; we will work with you to design a suitable schedule.How to apply:Email your CV and a cover letter addressing the essential criteria to Louise Scarcella, Executive Officer, at [emailprotected] or call 9796 2931.BCRG is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), cultural diversity, access, and equity.
