You will be joining a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state based customers.Your Responsibilities As a Team Leader Will IncludeDirect management of Rehabilitation Consultants, assisting with day to day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.Delivering training, induction and supervision as requiredCompleting quality assurance report reviews and feedbackAttending appointments with consultants, to provide support and trainingCompleting high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex casesDeveloping exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting edge strategies and interventionsDriving growth and market share in your regionWork Life BalanceBenefitsThe ORS executive team really believes in the benefits of a healthy work life balance. This resource is in addition to the many Managers and Team Leaders we have on staff!A Few RequirementsTertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehab CounsellingRegistration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
