The CompanyLeading company experiencing strong growth following recent acquisitions, with plans to continue expanding.The PositionReporting to the Sales Manager, based in a sales office in the West, working 5 days a week including weekends, with 2 days off during the week.You will manage the sales suite and the entire sales process, follow up on leads, provide excellent customer service, accurately complete sales contracts, conditions, and deposits, attend weekly sales meetings, and meet sales targets.You will also manage the CRM, generate weekly and monthly reports for management, monitor market conditions and competitor activity, and stay informed to help develop sales and marketing strategies to remain competitive in pricing and products.For YouHigh-volume role with opportunities to launch new projects to marketAutonomous position with significant input into projects and direct access to decision makersPart of an inspiring, supportive, and fun team culture with celebrations and social eventsPermanent, long-term role with a strong, consistent project pipeline for the next 5+ yearsReputable company with high-quality products and a strong brandOpportunity to earn $250K+ with commissions, ideal for ambitious, commission-driven sales professionalsAbout YouSuitable for an experienced and qualified Sales Consultant with a background in Developer, Volume Builder, or Agency sales.
