Reporting to the Senior Manager General Practice and Reform, this position will manage quality improvement programs and initiatives through partnership, collaboration and data stewardship.Key AccountabilitiesImplement and monitor quality improvement programs and activities that meet Department of Health quality performance indicators and national and regional health priorities.Activity lead duties for the General Practice Investment Strategy, Strengthening Medicare and other commissioning programs relevant to general practice.Recommend development of models of care that support sustainable rural health in alignment with strategic work plans and funder expectations.Data capture and reporting for internal and external stakeholders including participation in planning for health needs assessment.Manage and lead employee development and performance ensuring team cohesion and collaboration.About YouYou are a strategic thinker skilled in building relationships able to inspire team performance to achieve organisational strategies.
