This is an exciting opportunity working out of our head office in Auburn Role & Responsibilities: - Business reporting requirements gathering - Working with the business to determine reporting requirements, priorities and deliver against BINGOs BI and data warehouse strategy - Provide the business with accurate, congruent and reliable information - Ability to create BI reports - Working with the business and development team to design and document dashboards, alerts and reports. - Educate and train business users to use their data as an analytical tool - Work with team members and Business Analysts to define use cases and business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Translate requirements into potential ways to solve, collaborating with developers on the optimum solution factoring in time, effort and quality. - Participate in the validation process to ensure the output meets the criteria outlined by the business - Process mapping and coordinating with cross discipline teams to collaborate on design, priority & approach - Facilitating change requests to ensure that all impacted teams are informed of the impacts to existing flows - Preparation of functional specification and use case scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Conduct software testing in close cooperation with IT and business subject matter experts - Document and track test results and software fixes - End User Training and documentation management - Ability to think outside of the box, to interpret data and understand recurring themes in systemic issues - Act as a design consultant. Provide design consultation across all assigned IT projects. - Support and resolved production issues.
