More About the Role at RACV About the Opportunity Reporting to the Leisure Systems Manager, the Hospitality Applications Engineer supports the availability, maintenance, administration, configuration, and service management of various hospitality applications which underpin RACVs Leisure business. Come along for a new journey You will work with internal business stakeholders (Club, Resorts, Revenue, Finance, Growth Strategy and Analytics), Technology stakeholders across different supply teams mainly Infrastructure, Cyber and Architecture and vendors to ensure agreed system upgrades, processes, and procedures are in place to support business operations Key responsibilities: - maintain all Hospitality applications required to support the Leisure division - ensure key applications are supported, run efficiently, assist with the maintenance of application currency, supports regulatory and compliance requirements; and operates within the RACV IT and Risk and Compliance Framework (Governance, Security, Access and Usage). - deliver an effective balance of hospitality system subject expertise to support current and future operational demand, service management, communication, and application product knowledge to inform and implement continuous improvement initiatives including supporting project work where key hospitality systems are impacted Who were looking for and what youll bring Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything.
