This is the chance to join right as the takes off. More About the Role at Marsh McLennan Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our EH&B Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this role you will support Employee Health & Benefits colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through accurate, efficient, and timely responses to insurance transaction queries across the insurance life cycle. Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive the standardisation of processes and procedures, including driving timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information. You will provide legally compliant work to clients/insurers and enter accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. You will assist in upskilling non client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge. We will count on you to: - Ensure timely and accurate processing of client/member transactions, including invoices, premium calculations, and policy documentation. - Draft policy wordings, endorsements, and renewal reports while maintaining up-to-date records on all clients/members. - Assist with client/member reporting, end-of-month reconciliations, and follow up on outstanding documentation. - Suggest improvements to business processes and identify system enhancement opportunities for automation. - Build and maintain effective working relationships with insurers, clients, and internal colleagues to support high levels of client satisfaction. What you need to have: - High School Certificate or equivalent. - Ideally someone with right level of insurance experience (Group Life) and data management capabilities. - Preferably with Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License. - At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar client service/operational role in an insurance or life-related field.
