Key responsibilities: The role''s duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to: - First point of contact for customers providing a high level of service in greeting and welcoming customers whilst offering them a professional valet services. - Attend to customer needs by ensuring a positive and memorable experience is provided. - Provide high level knowledge of the airport precinct to answer customers queries regarding airport amenities and other available services. - Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure efficient and effective return of vehicle. - Safely parking and retrieval of customer vehicles. - Organise and file paperwork relating to customers vehicles and daily transactions. - Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to. - Assist and provide support to the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager. The successful candidate will have: - Previous customer experience - A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and customer first attitude - Full manual VIC Drivers Licence and a clean driving record - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Team focused and flexible - Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client''s personal and private information. - Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once. - Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent computer literacy - Immaculate personal presentation - Ability to work shifts, including overnight shift work - Flexibility to work a 24-hours rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays - All successful candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours.
