More About the Role at JLL What this opportunity involves: The Concierge Officer - Workplace Experience is responsible for enhancing the workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors across the clients'' facilities. This client-facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused workplace environment. The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless access, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. This is a fixed-term contract until June 2026. _Snapshot of the role:_ - Warmly welcome and assist guests with arrivals, departures, and office orientations. - Issue access cards to visitors while ensuring compliance with security protocols. - Engage visitors and employees in a professional and helpful manner. - Provide courteous escort services for VIP visitors to executive levels. - Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and professionalism. - Serve as a central point of contact for campus information and wayfinding. - Support the transition to electronic Visitor Management Systems. - Monitor and maintain the lobby to ensure a clean and organized environment. - Assist in planning and executing experience activations in the workplace. - Collaborate on workplace initiatives and community engagement activities. - Proactively anticipate client needs and deliver creative solutions. - Coordinate across teams to prepare for meetings and events efficiently. - Create work orders for maintenance, safety, and security concerns. - Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure operational continuity. - Support the triage of service tickets through appropriate systems. - Perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery. What we are looking for: We''re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
