More About the Role at IHG Hotels & Resorts Your day to day You will assist in leading our Front Office overnight team to ensure the night operation runs smoothly, drive team engagement, guest feedback & problem resolution, brand and cleanliness standards. The principal responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function during the hours of 11pm 7am. You will also play a key role in coaching and mentoring your team, providing direction and coaching to achieve an exceptional guest experience.
