More About the Role at Ambulance Victoria About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to: - Support the development of complex reports, dashboard, or analysis relating to relevant aspects of AV operations and activities - Support the team with User Acceptance Testing, in collaboration with the broader Insights Centre and DTS functions - Support the development of the Power BI materialised views and the data flows - Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify and document operational problems and underlying issues, identifying possible cause and effect relationships - Consider and identify risks, trends, impediments and opportunities for standard reporting, self-service dashboards and analytical projects, developing and implementing strategies to address them - Provide Power BI development expertise to enable the delivery of insights to the organisation About you To be considered for this position you will possess a degree or relevant industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Other requirements include: - Experience developing analytical products such as reports, dashboards, visualisations, and algorithms for a wide range of stakeholders - Experience in data warehouse, business intelligence implementation and deployment of organisation wide reports and dashboards - Experience working with, and analysis of, very large and complex data sets - Demonstrated lateral thinking skills, with ability to identify issues and proactively problem solve and the judgement to determine appropriate courses of action If you dont think you''re a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we''ll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
