More About the Role at JLL The Role: The Assistant Facilities Manager will both assist the team to manage, and own key deliverables, associated with the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility, and be an on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s) - Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site clients expectations are met - Procurement & Vendor Management - Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget - Overseeing Contracts - Plan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs - Keeping an eye on the Site & Operations - Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations - Limiting Risk to JLL & the Client What you will bring - A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client. - An engaging party who thrives on inspiring and participating with the team. - Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. - Possess a can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships - Preferred degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field &/or 3-5 years experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field - Has experience working in critical environments - Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements - Knowledge of critical facilities - Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services - Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system If you dont think you''re a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we''ll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
