More About the Role at JLL The Role: Working directly with an experienced Building Manager, this role will provide building operations support for several commercial properties. You will be supporting the Building Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the building facilities. This role ensures the efficient functioning of building systems and assists in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. This role will focus on learning the fundamentals of building management with a focus on risk, contractor management, compliance and policy administration and will suit a person who is looking to progress or commence their career in Building Management. What you will bring: Previous associated building management experience and/or a trade qualification will be favorably considered but not essential. Demonstrated ability to take instructions and follow directions is essential as is a positive and proactive approach to meeting clients needs whilst managing tenants expectations.
