The Role - A Day in the Life of a Career Mentor: As a Career Mentor, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in preparing for, finding, and maintaining sustainable employment. You will provide tailored support, identify skills, overcome barriers, and connect participants with suitable job opportunities with local employers. Your efforts will improve their economic security and personal wellbeing while achieving ETCs agreed targets as set by the Department of Social Services (DSS). About You: You are organised, driven, and have a strong ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people. Your commitment to helping individuals overcome barriers to sustainable employment will be key to your success in this role. Criteria for Success: Experience in Employment Services or related industry A passion for helping others and a desire to achieve results A current QLD Blue Card (or willing to obtain one) A recent, clear National Police Check Need a Hand?
