About the Role: Our Administration team currently consists of 3 professional administrators which manage the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Accounting/Finance for the business. Were looking for a positive, talented Accounts Receivable Officer to manage and take responsibility for the accounts receivable function of the business. This will include daily banking, debtor management, account reminders, resolving payment issues, customer queries, processing statements and managing customer accounts & limits. At times, this role may provide support to the finance team including financial reporting and reconciliations. Youll have significant Accounts Receivable experience with a strong track record of pursuing overdue accounts. Were looking for someone who is proactive and can quickly progress to becoming an AR expert. You will have a positive, "can-do" attitude and a great sense of humour. You are skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously and able to cope with a busy workload. Will have great attention to detail with first class communication and people skills. Must also be well presented, and highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday (no weekend work!) working 8.30am-5.00pm.
