Boardwalk Burleigh Beach apartments in Burleigh Heads are seeking an experienced, dedicated and committed Guest Service /Reservation Agent to join their team! This casual position requires a team player who is highly organised with an excellent telephone manner and one who prides themselves on accuracy and attention to detail in their daily work. The key responsibilities include: - Answering phone enquiries and offering assistance to guests in a professional and timely manner. - Ensuring all booking enquiry and leads are actioned and maintained in the system. - Answering guests emails and agent reservation emails - Managing the reservations system and checking all booking information - Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, owners and suppliers - Dealing professionally with guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction The ideal candidate will: Be professional and have a positive attitude Have strong time management skills and attention to detail Have exceptional customer service skills Have confidence in working autonomously Availability for weekend and public holiday work is a MUST Experience with REI Master/Cloud or another PMS is an advantage Understanding of strata titled properties would be an advantage Resort experience preferred What we will offer you: Competitive hourly rate Approximately 15 - 25 hours per week Enjoyable team work atmosphere Family owned and operated business Free on-site parking and close proximity to the tram line Possibilities for career advancement and training in other departments Great working hours- Mon to Fri 830am to 5pm, Sat 830am to 3pm and Sun 830am to 1pm MUST BE AVAILABLE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND IMMEDIATE START FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
