About the role As a National Account Manager , you will support the National Business Manager in driving growth within the Petrol & Convenience sector. You will play a key role in planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as identifying new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on expanding the Petrol & Convenience market while also strengthening relationships with existing smaller customers to ensure high satisfaction and increased sales. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the Petrol & Convenience and Route segment. You will report to the National Business Manager (Petrol and Convenience) , a key member of the Commercial team, who will provide ongoing support in this role. Nu-Pure has recently expanded its operations in the petrol and convenience channel, achieving double-digit growth in 2024. With further expansion planned, we offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant growth over the next three to five years. Your key responsibilities will include: Grow product distribution while executing the company''s sales strategy. Develop and maintain an annual business strategy plan for key Petrol & Convenience accounts, setting measurable goals and performance indicators. Identify and capitalize on new product and promotional opportunities across Petrol, Convenience and Route Channels. Conduct market research to identify new customers and emerging trends in the Petrol & Convenience segment. Strengthen relationships with existing small customers to drive incremental growth, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Manage key Distributor Partners within the Petrol & Convenience Channel. Responsible for the forecasting of the demand planning signal for key accounts. Deliver sales and profit targets to budgets whilst managing trade spend within agreed amounts. About you: Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Highly motivated to achieve sales KPIs and business objectives. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key Petrol & Convenience stakeholders. Well-organized with strong process management skills. Adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving market environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Sound Knowledge and proven track record of working within the Petrol & Convenience/Route channel.
