Lotus Glen Health Service (LGHS) is located within the Lotus Glen Correctional Centre (LGCC) in Arriga on the Atherton Tablelands. The Staff Specialist or Senior Medical Officer for Opioid Dependence Treatment (ODT) provides treatment for opiate dependency as part of a primary health care service within the Lotus Glen Health Services. The Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers a large geographic area with a diverse and growing population.
