We are One Peninsula Health. What You Will Be Doing The Clinical Educator - Acute is an integral member of the education and clinical leadership teams. The clinical educator demonstrates flexibility in supporting all levels of staff across the organisation; with particular focus on education to mitigate risk, advancing clinical practice and developing staff along the novice to expert continuum. The clinical educator works competently within their scope of practice delivering and facilitating education in compliance with evidence-based practice as well as hospital policy and guidelines. This position will participate in the planning, development, coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation of education services for Peninsula Health. The role will be predominately based at Rosebud Hospital but will include working collaboratively across all sites with the support of the medical, surgical & continuing care learning hub stream. Position Description What You Need We anticipate you will have: Health Professional qualification and registration as applicable to profession. Postgraduate qualifications in education, leadership, research or relevant clinical area. Current and extensive experience working within an Acute Medical or Surgical setting. Prior experience in teaching or supporting learners.
