We are committed to making every journey remarkable.Position Overview:Rmkble is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Manager (internally we call this role Uber Partner Sherpa) to develop our partnership ecosystem nationally for our brands, including JourneyOne, DataDivers, and ProcessPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network in WA and Victoria, be well-connected to decision-makers, and possess a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to expand Rmkble''s partner ecosystem, specifically starting with Microsoft.Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key partners and decision-makers in Western Australia.Operationally manage all aspects of the partner accreditation processes including certifications where necessary.Foster our people undertaking partner learning, collaborating with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives.Drive joint marketing and business development initiatives with partners.Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends and the Microsoft ecosystem to identify new partnership opportunities.Provide pre-sales support to our leadership team including attending client presentations and assisting with proposal preparation.Providing support and guidance to our consultants in engaging with the partner ecosystem to enhance our client delivery outcomes.Represent Rmkble at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brands and partnership opportunities.What Sets Rmkble Apart:At Rmkble, we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and our ability to deliver impactful change.
