Reporting to our Online Store Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our Stationery stockroom online orders are fulfilled, correct stock levels maintained, and all orders processed efficiently within company guidelines. Retail or pick packing experience is an advantage. A great attitude will get you to the top of the list!The Position requires:Efficient & accurate pick packing of customers'' ordersProcessing & packing all online ordersMatching online orders and delivering exceptional customer serviceMaintaining incoming and outgoing stationery stock for businessCollating signage & point of sale for dispatch to 200+ storesEnsuring all online & stationery orders are processed correctly and suitable for dispatchWorking with a team to manage the busy workloadRostered start times either 7am or 9am (5 days/week)Working to Work Safe standards & requirementsTo be successful in this role:Highly organisational skillsForklift licenceLikes to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skillsExcellent attention to detailWilling to move and match stock efficientlyPrevious RF scanning preferredFantastic attitude with good communication skillsAbility to work in Warehouse conditionsMotivation and a desire to exceed above what is expectedSpendless Shoes is looking for a person who shares their passion, drive, vision for store growth, and providing customer experience excellence.
