Its your shot to build the brands that built an empire.Where You''ll PlayThis is a Group-Level Role with responsibility across all our operating companies and brands.Youll work across multiple platforms: Product Manufacturing starting with Beaver Process Equipment (slurry transfer systems). Industrial Services starting with Navigator Supply (remote site procurement roll-up). Industrial Distribution roll-up in niche industrial distribution (valves, instrumentation, etc). Holdco Brand attract key talent and acquisition targets. Founder Brand build audience and influence.Youll lead the Product Marketing & Content team, reporting to the Director of Growth & Marketing. Youll start with 12 team members and scale it to 35 over the next 23 years, leveraging AI to do more with less. Youll get to work directly with founder Josh Beaver fast access, zero politics, high trust.Our strategy is simple: build dominant brands and use modern growth tactics to crush sleepy B2B industrial markets.What You''ll OwnYoull build dominant brands, drive premium positioning, and deliver the high-value content that fuels our lead gen machine.You''ll own: Product Marketing own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market across all platforms. Brand & Creative brand strategy, positioning, key messaging, identity and design. Content Engine build and scale a content machine: video, social, long-form, decks, webinars, case studies, lead magnets then leverage AI to localise for every target market globally. Sales Enablement create deal nurture content for playbooks that help our sales team close like rockstars. Website, SEO & Organic Social drive inbound across all sites with performance-focused content. Employer Brand position us as the peak destination for A-players who want to do their best work. Founder Brand grow Josh Beavers personal brand with content that builds audience & influence. Acquisition Marketing produce M&A outreach content that creates inbound acquisition deals.Youll build great industrial brands that dominate bold, technical, and unstoppable.
