AKG is now a Certified Great Place to Work 2023/2024Jobfind wants you to become a part of our National Team.An Employment Skills Training Facilitators Day involves:Facilitating group training sessions to jobseekers, face to face and online if requiredWorking with the job seekers referred from digital services and other employment service providers to our Employability skills training program by conducting initial intake of participants into the programDelivering engaging group-based training which results in increased employability skills, resilience, and motivation for our participants to seek, find and keep a jobPromoting Jobfind Brand and EST Courses, with a view to gain referralsProviding completion report to the jobseekers participating in the program after the course completion dateUnderstanding the needs of local employers and labour marketsEnsuring high engagement of job seekers to complete the EST Training blocksMonitoring the participation of job seekers in the Dept IT systemWorking closely with job seekers and build their resume and cover letter tailored to local labour marketIdentifying job seekers area of interest in specific or general industries and assisting them to experience work trials with a genuine prospect of employmentConnecting the job seekers through apprenticeship and traineeshipIdentifying issues and working with the host organisation or job seekers to resolve them.
