Join us!As Signets Senior Director, Pricing, your role will include a broad set of responsibilities to drive data science and product development teams across the following topics. Help drive an innovation across data sciences, talent and tools by defining analytics use cases and aligning with a partner stakeholder group on the prioritization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Help drive innovation across data sciences, talent, and tools by defining analytics use cases and aligning with stakeholder groups on prioritization. Examples include: Leading/contributing to the roadmap for analytical code innovation, including adding analytical features, exploring alternative modeling or AI/ML approaches, and automating analytics at scale Driving/overseeing key architectural decisions related to Analytics, such as modeling, merchandise pricing, forecasting, and optimization Evaluating benefits and risks of alternative platforms and technologies, and making recommendations Serving as a center of excellence for Merchandising Brand leaders Expert Leadership in internal projects through engaging directly with stakeholders to bring expertise. Examples include: Shaping analytics approach, reviewing data science insights, and finalizing recommendations Developing project approach recommendations and supporting proposal phases Coaching business teams to adopt analytical best practices POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Doctorate in mathematics, econometrics, statistics, operations research, or related quantitative sciences (preferred) 10+ years in merchandising, retail pricing, or promotional management with data analysis experience Leadership in change management and consulting Experience with advanced analytics and statistical techniques, including multivariate regression and econometric modeling Experience with ML algorithms like Random Forest and XGBoost Developing analytical solutions for promotional effectiveness and price elasticity Proficiency in statistical packages, Python, and R (preferred) Experience managing a team of analysts Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to work with all management levels and communicate business issues effectively BENEFITS AND PERKS: Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) matching after one year Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts Learning & Development programs And more!
