Vice President, Investment Banking - FIG (Insurance) Join to apply for the Vice President, Investment Banking - FIG (Insurance) role at KeyBank. Location 1301 Avenue of the Americas - New York, New York 10019 Responsibilities Lead teams of Associates and Analysts in providing financing and advisory services, and develop presentation and pitch materials. Mentor and coach team members. Manage and execute financial modeling and valuation analyses. Analyze financial statements and operating metrics of public companies to generate industry insights. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing relationships and applying industry knowledge and capital markets expertise. Understand sector trends and competitive dynamics. Assess the financial impact of decisions on clients organizations. Coordinate organizational resources to deliver solutions and advice. Maintain communication with team members and product partners. Begin to take on origination responsibilities, including prospecting, creating ideas, and originating mandates. Participate in recruitment and franchise-building activities. Required Qualifications Minimum of five years of investment banking experience. Relevant client interaction and transaction experience in Financial Services. Ability to manage deal teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Attention to detail in a time-sensitive environment. Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or related fields; MBA preferred. Series 7 license.
