These systems support functions such as finance, legal, facilities, productivity, collaboration, and core IT services, ensuring our staff can work efficiently and effectively. The team enables, drives, and reports on our internal technology metrics and engagement.As a Senior Product Manager focusing on our core HCM platform, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Workday at Xero. Leading a talented team of specialists, you will drive the evolution and maturity of our Workday environment, delivering innovative solutions that scale with Xero''s global growth. Experience with Workday HCM or a comparable enterprise HR system is highly preferred.What you''ll doYou will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the operational performance of these solutions, enabling business owners and stakeholders to achieve their objectives. You will lead, grow, and develop a team of delivery, analysis, and technical professionals. Working closely with stakeholders, you will understand their needs and objectives to plan, prioritize, and deliver requirements, challenging respectfully to achieve the best outcomes for Xero.You will also collaborate with other Product Managers across Enterprise Technology to ensure alignment of customer and people experiences. This includes coordinating technology sets, integrations, dependencies, risks, and leveraging skills and solutions within your domain.
