About the role The People & Culture Partner is responsible for providing advice, coaching, and support to people leaders across the full spectrum of People & Culture (P&C) activities, in accordance with relevant legislation, Enterprise Agreements, Awards, policies, and procedures. As part of the broader P&C team, this position will liaise effectively with national and regional P&C teams to ensure effective implementation and delivery of P&C services to Calvary. Reporting to the P&C Manager, you will manage grievances and disciplinary processes, including investigations, and preparing briefs and recommendations. We seek an experienced People & Culture professional who can identify and recommend innovative strategies, policies, procedures, and systems. You will empower managers and employees to provide feedback and ideas to improve service delivery. Working collaboratively with regional leaders, you will assist in managing employee performance, provide recruitment and selection advice, and support employee development. We are currently seeking an experienced P&C Partner to join the SA team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis. We offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
