Some of the main responsibilities will include: Deliver client consulting/advisory engagements on business case development, platform modernisation, integration, and implementation. Project Management, Change Management, and advisory competencies. Support new client prospecting across the Financial Services Landscape. Driving brand awareness. Working with technical staff and other colleagues to meet and exceed customer needs. Ideally you will have the following: Superannuation industry experience highly regarded (transition/migration of funds, platform, compliance/regulatory). Background in technology leadership, with expertise in platform replacement or modernisation, advisory, technology roadmaps, architecture choices, and integration options. Data expertise. Broad understanding of technology trends, products, and solutions within the Financial Services sector. Excellent interpersonal skills - facilitation, engagement, communication skills. The ability to manage strict project deliverables and timeframes. Software development lifecycle exposure. Exposure to different project delivery methodologies. Ability to instil strong project control and governance. Strong team collaboration and leadership qualities.
