As the Industry Director for our mining and minerals Portfolio, youll play a pivotal role in leading a defined segment within the resources industry, building a sustainable portfolio, and developing solutions that address complex challenges. Youll leverage your deep understanding of the market to drive profitable growth while maintaining lasting relationships with our key clients.How will your ideas contribute to shaping whats next?Your role will be based in Perth, WA and you will lead the mining and minerals portfolio and work alongside key stakeholders to craft and implement strategies that solve industry challenges. You will have the opportunity to lead in an industry that requires high-level strategic thinking, innovative solutions, and a client-first mentality.Your role will include:Leverage your deep industry knowledge and extensive network to nurture a highly visible leadership presence in the market. Develop and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients and industry participants.Be responsible for setting and delivering on New Work Secured (NWS) forecasts over 12-month and 5-year horizons, ensuring the continued growth of the mining and minerals portfolio.Lead the development and implementation of client-aligned strategies that underpin the NWS forecast, delivering certainty in revenue and backlog.
