We also lead visitation policy and planning for the scenic landscapes along the Great Ocean Road to manage visitation and provide a great visitor experience.All revenue raised through our commercial endeavours is reinvested into the coast to ensure the Great Ocean Road region can be enjoyed now and for generations to come.About Our Caravan ParksOur ten self-managed caravan parks generate the majority of the Authority''s revenue. We are the single largest accommodation provider on the Great Ocean Road with over 800,000 visitor nights annually.Situated adjacent to some of the most spectacular beaches on the coast, our caravan parks offer a range of accommodation options for families, tourists, students, and visitors.Purpose Of The PositionThe Caravan Park Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing guest needs and requirements.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Officer assists with day-to-day front-of-house reception duties at the Caravan Park.Key Responsibilities IncludeReceiving and making booking reservations using the Rooms Management System (RMS) software via phone, email, online, and in person.Providing face-to-face customer service at the parks, including information provision, handling complaints, cash handling, maintenance requests, and other interactions.Managing customer correspondence and inquiries via email and phone.Preparing reports for daily banking.Reporting customer issues promptly to management in the required format.Handling cash sales for kiosk items, souvenirs, tour bookings, or other transactions if applicable.Providing friendly, efficient, and empathetic customer service.Qualifications And ExperiencePractical administrative skills and customer service experience in hospitality or retail environments involving front-of-house duties.Experience with RMS booking software (preferred).Knowledge And SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across diverse backgrounds.Ability to work well as part of a team.Proactive problem-solving skills.Good time management and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
