With Stage Two introducing a boutique hotel, chapel, day spa, and new dining experiences, Hubert Estate is poised to become Australias most iconic wedding destination.The RoleThis is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of weddings and events. Youll be the key contact for our couples and clients, ensuring their day runs seamlessly from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Lead the execution of weddings and events on the dayManage and direct the events team during each event to ensure seamless service and attention to detailLiaise with clients in the lead-up to their celebration, building genuine relationshipsCoordinate floor plans, run sheets, and vendor logisticsManage bump-in and bump-out operationsWork closely with the kitchen, service, and beverage teams to deliver outstanding eventsAct as the main point of contact on the day for couples, guests, and suppliersTroubleshoot in real time and ensure every detail is executed to perfectionAbout YouYou are a natural leader with a love for weddings, people, and creating unforgettable moments.
