This role is offered as residential in Port Hedland or FIFO ex Perth. This permanent role is offered on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster, however other roster options can be available upon request. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:Ensuring the consistent application of maintenance standardsBuilding relationships with operation teamsPromoting a continuous improvement cultureLeading and mentoring diverse teams in a fast-paced environmentTo be successful for this role, you must possess the following:Relevant trade or engineering qualifications (Heavy Diesel is desired)Current HR Australia Drivers LicenceProven experience in leadership role in the mining services industryStrong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational efficiencyExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skillsAs part of our recruitment process, you may be required to complete pre-employment screening, including a medical examination and working rights check.If you are ready to bring your expertise to Norwest and contribute to our continued growth and success, we encourage you to apply.
