The Occupancy and Car-Parking Coordinator will be responsible for conducting the following tasks for occupancy planning and car-parking management activities to support the clients requirements.Responsibilities:Foster critical relationships between the facility management team, in-house car-parking team, and accounts teamSupport the coordination of the development of occupancy plans, resolving any issues identifiedEnsure alignment of planning within corporate guidelines and ensure minimal disruption to the occupantsIdentify office space requirements and prepare and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demandUtilise the client''s technology platform to ensure customers can utilise car parkingAdminister and identify car packing vacancies, and track car-parking usageMaintain dashboard reports to inform the client of car parking usage and financialsRequired Skills and Qualities:Proactive and independent worker but the ability to be a team player with a collaborative mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelExperience with CAFM / IWMS software preferredStrong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex informationHigh attention to detail, while being organised and adaptable to work with varying deadlinesKnowledge of occupancy utilization and office design principlesExperience in transition, project management, and change management would be advantageousWhat you can expect from us:Youll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
