You''ll utilise your advanced skills working with cutting-edge equipment in diverse environments, while mentoring less experienced team members and ensuring exceptional quality standards.WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING:Lead complex belt splicing operations and installationsConduct expert inspection, diagnosis, and repair of sophisticated conveyor belt systemsImplement and oversee preventative maintenance programmesSolve complex technical problems and recommend system improvementsProvide technical guidance to junior techniciansEnsure all work meets stringent quality and safety standardsComplete detailed documentation and technical reportsCoordinate with clients and management on project requirementsREQUIREMENTS:Certificate 3 in Polymer Processing (essential)Minimum 2 years'' experience as a Belt SplicerDemonstrated technical expertise at Level 3 standardStrong leadership capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving abilitiesValid Driver''s Licence (manual preferred)HR licence (preferred)Ability to pass a Coal Board pre-employment medical, including a full functional assessment and drug & alcohol testPlease note: It is a requirement of the Order 43 Coal Board Medical Act that candidates are clean shaven for the respiratory examination that forms part of this medical.WHY RELIABLE CONVEYOR BELT?At Reliable Conveyor Belt, we don''t just offer a job we offer a career path for industry experts.
