Deputy Director of Nursing- Hospital Coordinator Prince of Wales Private HospitalRare opportunity to join our senior leadership teamTake the next step in your careerJoin a dynamic + supportive executive team focused on development opportunities and ongoing supportWe are seeking applications from enthusiastic and experienced senior nurses to assume the role ofDeputy Director of Nursing- Hospital CoordinatorThis is a key role making up a critical component of the senior nursing management team.You will oversee the hospital operations, through the coordination of patient flow, experience and workforce management.You will be a vital link between the "in hours" and "after hours" nursing teams while assuming the responsibilities for patient flow and clinical operational leadership.Position ResponsibilitiesThe position is responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational direction of the hospital with a strong focus on clinical performance indicators and stakeholder engagement and experience.You will oversee and manage the key teams, which includes After Hours Managers, including being accountable and responsible for the effective patient flow throughout the hospital.
