About the role As a key member of our small sales team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service efficiently and accurately. Since our products are specialized, we seek someone eager to learn about our product range and proactive in pursuing new sales opportunities. Key Tasks Identify and act upon growth opportunities within our existing customer base. Proactively pursue new business opportunities. Manage inbound calls and inquiries from new customers. Prepare quotations and provide product information for customer inquiries. Collaborate with the sales team on customer quotations and sales documentation. Work with administration and dispatch teams to prepare and send sample packs to potential customers. Follow up post-sale to monitor customer satisfaction and report findings. Deliver monthly sales reports.
