This role supports clinical staffing, planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated clinical care, ensuring safe, high-quality, and well-managed clinical care. The manager links effectively with the after-hours management team to ensure continuity of care, manages patient access, care coordination, and monitors KPI targets. The position also oversees a broad range of Nursing and Midwifery matters and participates in emergency response planning during business hours.About YouApplicants must hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and possess extensive operational management experience in a relevant setting.
