This role is vital to the smooth operation of our residential valuation team and is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy environment and working within a successful, supportive team.Your main responsibilities will include managing schedules and appointments for property valuers within your area, as well as registering and booking commercial valuation appointments.Key tasks include:Job setup, including customer contact, data entry, document verification, and searchesAttending to valuers daily workflowsBooking and organizing property valuations with clientsData entry and scheduling appointments for valuersLiaising with clients to answer inquiries and resolve issuesTo succeed in this role, you should have:Experience in the property industry is highly desirable but not essentialQualifications in administration or business are advantageous but not mandatoryProficiency with Google Suite is a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsA team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist othersAdaptability and eagerness to learn new processesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAttention to detailStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivation and a positive attitudeProficient computer and typing skillsWhat We Offer:Full-time work Monday to Friday in Cairns close to homeEstablished systems and processesAnnual salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 plus superannuation, depending on experienceApplication Process:If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, please submit your application, including your CV and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
