Creativity. Trust. Respect. Accountability. One BBC.Job PurposeThis role delivers support across commercial Live Events, exhibitions and theatrical releases for BBC Studios brands and talent. Responsible for supporting the Live Entertainment Manager and Head of Brands and Licensing to grow the Live Entertainment business globally, collating and monitoring marketing assets throughout on-sale campaigns and supporting the team with all administrative duties across all projects.We are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual with a proactive work ethic. If you are a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving and continuous learning, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Coordinates project logistics and provides administrative support to project leads and management team, including liaising with partners, suppliers and agencies, creating project critical time paths and raising purchase orders. Develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (local and global) to ensure projects are developing on track and within budget. Tracks operational workflow of all project activity ensuring all deadlines are being met. Assists Live Entertainment Manager on-site at events, providing liaison with venue and third party suppliers eg. Catering, security, accreditation, ordering and setting up event materials etc, to ensure the smooth running of operational logistics at event. Adminstrative duties including coordinating on contracts, preparing pitch decks, regularly updating and sending reports, raising POs and invoices, coordinating meetings etc.Knowledge & Skills Competent & confident in all main computer packages Planning and excellent attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and proactively Solution oriented First rate communication and strong interpersonal skills essential Ability to organise small events and projects Ability to draft critical time paths and reports and record minutes of meetings Excellent organisational skills, demonstrating ability to work on several projects at one time. Resourcefulness, creative thinking and problem solving Good team worker and first to offer support to others when under pressure. This role requires excellent prioritisation skills Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stake holders in the local and global offices. This role requires working with global teams, agencies, partners across multiple time zones, which often means working outside of Australian business hours.Professional Experience 2 years project management experience, preferably in a media or Live Entertainment environment. Experience in delivering multi-channel marcomms campaigns, preferably in a media or Live Entertainment environment.
