The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a strategic and evidence-based Wellbeing Framework. This role plays a key part in fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the psychosocial and physical health of our employees through innovative initiatives, proactive interventions, and industry best practices.As the Wellbeing Coordinator, you will drive the delivery of programs that align with Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, ensuring that policies, protocols, and procedures support a thriving workforce. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, oversee the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provide expert-level training, and contribute to critical incident response strategies. If you have a passion for workplace wellbeing, a strategic mindset, and a strong ability to influence and collaborate, we encourage you to apply.About You!To thrive in this role, you should possess:Registration as a Health Practitioner (APHRA) with experience in managing health and wellness programs, including policy development and program delivery. A qualification in health promotion is desirable.Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring psychosocial and human factor systems, with strong knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and drive positive change within a complex organisation.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and conciliation.About UsThe Public Transport Authoritys (PTA) vision is to be recognised as a leader in providing world-class public transport services and solutions.
