Job Description The Manly GYG Shift Leader is responsible for effectively leading the team during specific periods of trade, motivating and engaging the team on shift, and championing our food safety and quality standards. You will lead the team through busy service periods, crew training, and proactively improve guest experience. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Basic food preparation skills and willingness to learn new techniques Strong leadership and teamwork skills with excellent communication Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends RSA certification is advantageous Residence within 10km of Manly CBD preferred Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required Passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
