Position Available: We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager who is driven, amiable, and productive to join our team. You will be essential in planning and managing the restaurant''s operations to ensure excellent dining and catering services. Responsibilities: Develop menus in consultation with chefs and kitchen staff. Plan and organize special parties or promotional events. Coordinate purchasing and pricing of goods in line with the budget; maintain records of financial transactions and inventory levels. Ensure dining areas are hygienic, practical, and aesthetically pleasing, complying with health regulations. Gather customer feedback on food and service quality. Select, train, and manage wait staff and kitchen employees. Assist with order taking, greeting guests, and managing reservations as needed. Monitor employee performance, including sales and spending goals. Manage workforce rostering and scheduling for restaurants and cafes. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant setting. Familiarity with buffet cuisine. Experience in cost management. Experience working towards KPIs. Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage operations. Menu development skills. Vocational degree in Pastry or Hospitality.
