Oversee client accounts, drive service improvements, and ensure compliance with budgets, contracts, and regulations.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operations ManagementEnsure patrols meet client needs, manage rosters, and oversee training.Conduct random patrol inspections and optimize service efficiency.Handle patrol reports, key registry audits, and vehicle issues.Operations CentreMonitor service levels and ensure prompt response times.Oversee shift coverage, quality audits, and staff training.Assist during peak times and manage customer issue resolution.Client & Account ManagementEnsure contract compliance and service consistency.Build strong client relationships and address issues proactively.Review contracts, develop action plans, and anticipate site needs.Leadership & ComplianceFoster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.Ensure adherence to WHS policies and Australian Consumer Law.Participate in audits, mitigate risks, and optimize team performance.Financials & ReportingDeliver services within budget, manage P&L, and control costs.Provide reports, monitor subcontractor compliance, and manage leave liabilities.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Experience in multi-site operations and client management.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.Knowledge of WHS policies and statewide geographical locations.Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
