The purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all plant and equipment throughout Crown Perth, including electrical and hydraulic systems together with the management of technologies associated with the Building Automation System (BAS) systems, and overall oversight of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).This role is being offered as a 6 Month Maximum Term Contract.In this role, youll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests by:Triaging and managing CMMS requestsCarrying out tasks as directed by the Building Services ManagerTraining and mentoring other Engineering Team MembersProvide information to Senior Managers on work related issues that would affect the businessContributes to reducing operating costs through sound preventative maintenance practicesAbout YouYoull bring the following:Strong relationship cultivation and fostering long-term partnerships with key stakeholdersSubject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholdersMinimum 5 years'' experience in a similar or relatable roleExtensive customer service experience3-5 years experience in operational or facility managementExperience in dealing with financial reports and statisticsExperience in dealing with customer service monitoring softwareExperience with resource scheduling softwareAdditional InformationThis role requires:Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts during weekdays and weekendsRelevant qualifications or demonstrated experienceProficiency in Office 365 including MS TeamsFacility Management experience is highly desirableWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
