We are seeking an experienced Specialty Coffee Barista/Cafe Manager to join our team at Little Lunch Cafe in Wyong, NSW. This full-time role involves serving award-winning ONA coffee in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What you''ll be doing Expertly preparing a range of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty tea. Managing duties such as rostering, stock management, updating menus including costings, and social media creation. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming cafe experience. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained. Collaborating with the hospitality team to ensure efficient service. Participating in ongoing training to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills. Performing some food preparation tasks. What we''re looking for At least 2 years'' experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista with a passion for coffee and technical skills including basic machine maintenance. Previous cafe management experience is highly regarded. A passion for coffee with knowledge of brew recipes, balance, and taste. A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork skills and ability to help colleagues develop skills. Some social media knowledge for contact creation. Experience monitoring and ordering stock. Food handling experience is preferred.
