Product Manager | Artificial Intelligence Centre of ExcellenceJoin to apply for the Product Manager | Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence role at PwC AustraliaThe AI Center of Excellence is a team of experienced Product Managers, designers, developers, data scientists, and analysts responsible for delivering digital products and AI solutions to PwCs Australian business. We collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop technology-enabled solutions that transform our assurance, advisory, tax, and legal services.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define product specifications.Developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with firm strategy and stakeholder needs.Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.Defining and tracking KPIs to measure product performance and inform improvements.Managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.Prioritizing opportunities based on business impact and needs.Overseeing feature intake processes and capturing feedback effectively.Participating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning.Mentoring junior product managers.About YouApplicants should demonstrate:Strong experience in product management with a successful track record.Understanding of the product lifecycle and requirements gathering.Ability to create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, Trello, Lucid.Experience in designing user onboarding experiences and managing client opportunity funnels.Preferred Skills:Experience with AI and machine learning products.Knowledge of UX/UI principles and data analytics tools.Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).Understanding of observability standards like OpenTelemetry.Knowledge of prompt engineering in AI products.We offer:Career development opportunities through our cyber academy and study support.Competitive salaries with bonuses and promotions.Growth-focused environment with mentorship and networking.Opportunities for overseas secondments and flexible work arrangements.Lifestyle and wellness stipends up to $500 annually.We are inclusive and supportive.
