Help bring big brands to life at some of the most iconic live entertainment events in Australia and New Zealand.The Role:We''re looking for a Graphic Designer to play a crucial role in our Sponsorship team, delivering strong conceptual thinking, sharp design execution, and a keen eye for detail. Based in Byron Bay on a 12-month contract, you''ll help bring our brand partnership campaigns to life across some of the biggest festivals, tours, and events in Australia and New Zealand.You''ll work closely with the partnerships and creative teams to ideate, manage, and deliver a wide variety of assets that showcase sponsor integrations and elevate the fan experience. Day-to-day includes asset management, campaign ideation, and the execution of creative requirements across multiple projects at once.What you''ll be doing:Design high-quality assets for brand partnership campaigns across digital, print, on-site signage, merchandise, and more.Work collaboratively with partnerships, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life from idea to execution.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines (both internal and external) while delivering innovative solutions.Manage and prioritise multiple design jobs with shifting deadlines and feedback loops.Organise and update asset libraries for efficient workflow and reusability.Assist with creative pitch decks and presentations for sponsorship proposals and recaps.What we''re looking for:2-3+ years'' graphic design experience, ideally with some exposure to branded content or campaigns.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a bonus).Experience designing for both print and digital - with a good understanding of specs across various channels.Comfortable working within multiple brand guidelines and bringing them to life in engaging ways.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.A team player with a positive attitude and love for fast-paced, creative environments.Equal Opportunities:We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
